WriteOff Wallet has no ads, sells no data, and will never monetize your giving history. Your donation records are exactly the kind of personal financial data that shouldn't be someone else's revenue stream. A simple yearly price keeps the incentives pointed the right way: we work for you.

Pricing questions, answered

Your card is charged $24.99 for your first year and your tracking continues uninterrupted. If you cancel at any point during the trial, you are never charged at all.

Yes. Cancel during the trial and you'll never be billed. Cancel after that and you keep full access for the rest of the year you've already paid for.

Yes. Invite your accountant to your household like any other member — it's free. They can see every donation, receipt, and valuation, and download your annual summary themselves. Dedicated read-only professional seats are on our roadmap.

Your records don't vanish. You keep read-only access to everything you logged through the end of that tax year, and after that you can still download your annual PDF summaries. You just can't add new donations without an active subscription.

Yes — prior-year access is $10 per household per year, going back up to three years. Useful if you're catching up on a year you tracked in a shoebox.

Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can use everything WriteOff Wallet does before you're ever charged — and cancelling during the trial means you're never billed at all. Because of that, we generally don't offer refunds once a subscription year begins. If something went wrong or you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll take a look. (App Store purchases are refunded by Apple through their own process.)
